We are proud to link to Heroes of Chaos. They've got a wonderful sim and share many players with us. They use groundbreaking php code to add a wonderful and unique flavor to their sim. The Head Admin in charge over there is Naurek, who will keep you up to date on happenings there.

The Caves of Narshe was our first affiliate. Go and check them out! They've easily got one of the best Final Fantasy websites on the 'net concerning game information and discussions on past, present, and future games. Rangers51 is the Head Admin of their site and he can provide news updates for you all to discuss.

It's my pleasure to introduce another affiliate for us here at HoI. They are Metanet Software! Why has a software company affiliated with us? Well, they've got some intriguing ideas for making HoI a truly ground breaking sim. You'll have to wait and see to find out. Metanet Software is responsible for the creation of N, an incredibly addictive platformer, and are expecting their second game out sometime in 2006. Maestro is their representative and will help answer your questions.

Well, Jon and Hamm have brought us 30+ well drawn comics (over three years or so, but hey, we're not bitter) but since Jon is taking online college courses and not drawing, a new creative team is moving in a filler story. It's sprite based and takes place in Chicago in the Shadowrun setting. Not many things are much cooler than Shadowrun, so I highly suggest you check it out.

We have another affiliate for HoI!

SimDomain is a completely free, adless host open to all in the simming community. They aim to give anybody and everybody the opportunity to try their hand at creating their own simulated role-playing game and experience the highs and lows of running a game. Forums available include phpBB forums and SMF. If you want a blog then wordpress blogs are also freely available for you to blog away with no adverts displayed and full control over the layout and content of your blogs. Not only this, there is the opportunity to further build a site around your forum so you can explore your web design abilities.

SimDomain has been host to a number of popular sites including Way of the Dragon, Romance of the Three Kingdoms RPG and Sengoku Jidai. Some up and coming simulations roleplaying-games of theirs include Code of Chivalry, Earth Imperialism and some newer forums migrating from noonhost.

We haven't had an addition here in a long time, but this one is well deserved. Jonathan Brunner has advertised HoI on his blog at the Ultinomicon for a while now and he's certainly got a larger base of readers than what we have for viewership on our own boards here at HoI.

So what is Immortal Enemies? It's an online graphic novel based in the setting of Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 Universe. Jonathan is a long time player/critic of the game and harkens back to the old school 2nd edition "look". If you're a fan of 40K, then you shouldn't be missing out on this. And even if you aren't familiar with 40K, this is a highly entertaining read with amazing homebrewed artwork by Brun himself. Go check it out.
